Wayfarer Continues to Experience Losses
Has anyone in Wayfarer management noticed that all the good people are leaving? Malcolm is gone, Maynard quit, almost nobody left on the west coast. Only a handfull of aircraft left in the fleet and lots of money still owed and they are trying to figure out how to get out of the Weymouth lease....
Give it up!
Update on Lawsuit
I'm trying to find out if there is any update on the lawsuit, etc. I filed with my state's Department of Labor about lost wages, back in May and I also filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court as a creditor. Both agencies sent me back a letter saying they received my info. I also sent my information to Mr. Kammerer, but was unable to attend that meeting. I just wondering if there is anything addition that I may have to do. Thx.
w-2 and losses incured
I know everyone wants justice here and i think most of us really deep down don't think it will happen........
but ................... time marches on and tax season is right around the corner. This presents two questions. 1. can we expect to get a w-2 (which i think we won't) if we do not what are we suppose to do? 2. for those that lost money to these whale chit bas......... thieves. can we claim it on our taxes as losses?
thanks
The Advantage and Benefit of a New Wayfarer CEO
Get yer resumes updated Wayfarer. Based on the new CEO's history and track record here are my predictions:
1. Within 3 months there will be fewer VP's at Wayfarer. They can't afford the big salaries and Mr. new CEO is just the guy to make dramatic changes. All Ops and certificate stuff will roll up under one VP. Client and sales under another VP
2. He will bring in his own charter guy to run it and place him in Rye Brook. Mr. new CEO will not tolerate a St Louis based Charter VP.
WE HAVE A NEW CEO
Ladies and Gentelmen, I introduce to you Mr. Bill Koch.
Who by the way actually looks qualified for the job. Sorry Laura.
Well, Mr. Koch, remember, you can polish a turd but it will always still be a turd!!!
Good luck with your turd!
Any updates on the Law Suits

Tick-tock...tick-tock...
Wayfarer Aviation Inc. Management
How can the Management of Wayfarer continue to pretend that nothing is wrong? Charges of fraud by the SEC? Clients leaving at an increasing rate? To state that Wayfarer "is making outstanding progress" and it is the "industry's best aircraft management company" is misleading to the employees. The employees need to take note of the reality taking place around them and make some pretty hard decisions. The company has suffered from many devasting blows and may or may not survive. But to try and paint such a rosey, and false, picture, is just unfair to the employees.
